Event Marketing encompasses all of my marketing, advertising, and brand identity skills to effectively produce and promote a successful social event. Using my self-check system of my 3D's, Decision-Design-Deploy, I work with company stakeholders on the event three months in advance and was tasked with two promotion schedules. One exclusively for PWG Members and a second for schedule for the general public in addition to creating the branding, writing engaging content, designing all marketing materials, and advertising content.

All the content is delivered and scheduled through Drgnfly to promote the expo to 34,000 active email subscribers through reoccurring email blasts. Working with a social media company, to gain additional attendees that were not in the database, I produced engaging content for Instagram feed, Facebook feed, Facebook Header, web ads on pwgrange.com website, monitors, paid Union-Tribune digital and print ad, large-print signs on the PWG building, and built PWGExpo2019.com website through wix.com, and worked with third-party vendors to print marketing swag and t-shirts a month in advance.
